What personal data do we process and for what purpose
You visit our website
When you visit our websites or use our services, applications, messaging systems (such as email and chat), and tools, we or our suppliers may use cookies, pixel cookies, and other similar technologies to store information for the purposes of statistics, and measurement of our performance. and functionality as well as marketing.
We use Google Analytics, an analytics tool from Google LLC and Google Ireland Ltd. (“Google”) to continuously improve our services. You order a demo
In connection with the ordering of your demo or registration of e-mail for newsletters, we will here draw attention to how your data is processed.
It is possible for our potential customers (leads) can order a demo on Adjera's website to test the solution before purchasing. In connection with the creation of a demo, we register Name, Username, E-mail, Company, Role in the company and industry for the company. In addition, a telephone number can be provided voluntarily.
All demo orders expire automatically after 14 days after which the user can not log in.
All data in the demo (both user data, app and database) is permanently deleted after 21 days.
You have the option of anonymizing data in the demo yourself via the user creation, if this is desired before the end of the demo period.
Email is used to send out tips, tricks and invitations to the user after the demo is ordered.
E-mail is collected in the crm system HubSpot and in a hosted MySQL database (Simply) and is not crossed with other data.
This site is also protected by reCAPTCHA and GooglePrivacy PolicyandTerms of service apply.
Receipt of E-mails can be unsubscribed from the user at any time by clicking unsubscribe directly in an E-mail.

The personal information is stored as long as you actively receive the newsletter or until you withdraw your consent.

You are looking for a job (also unsolicited application)
When we receive an application, we process the information for the purpose of assessing the applicant in relation to a specific job advertisement or whether we may lack the applicant’s competencies if the applicant applies unsolicited.
The personal information sent will not be passed on outside the company.
We also work with several external recruitment companies and receive relevant applications from here in encrypted form and with a password for the documents.
Password for each individual document is sent via SMS to us.
Personal information is deleted within 3 months after a refusal has been given, if there is no continued dialogue, this applies to both applications we receive directly and applications/candidate presentations we receive from partners. If a candidate is hired, the application and CV are saved on the employee profile according to deletion deadlines on this.
You are a customer / user of Adjera's software

CRM software (customer relationship management)
We use HubSpot CRM, which is an American cloud solution. HubSpot cannot use the personal information for its own purposes and therefore acts solely on our instructions. A data processor agreement has been entered into with HubSpot and data transfer takes place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

We do not pass on data to others.
We use external companies to host our systems. These sub-processors only process personal data in accordance with our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors. GDPR agreements have been entered into with our sub-processors.
Your rights
If you know or you have a presumption that we process personal data about you, you have a number of rights in relation to the processing. The individual rights are elaborated below.
Should you choose to assert one of your rights, eg by asking for insight into what personal information we process about you, you can contact us via e-mail at hello@adjera.com Once we have received the e-mail and subsequently verified the identity – to ensure that we do not disclose personal information to unauthorized persons – we initiate the process.
You have the right to request insight into the personal data we process about you. If we process personal information about the person, we provide information about these, as well as the purpose and legal authority.
You have the right to object if you disagree with our processing of personal data. Whether an objection is complied with is assessed from time to time.
You have the right to ask that we limit the treatment. If we process personal data, in certain cases you can ask to have the processing restricted if you do not want all the registered data to be included in the processing.
You have the right to request to be deleted. This right is not final, as certain data can not be deleted due to other legislation or whose agreement and purpose gives the company the right to store the personal data.
Should the personal information we process be incorrect, you have the right to have it updated with correct information.
You have the right to have your personal information handed out in a machine-readable format. Please note that this is only the personal information you have given to us.
If the processing of personal data is based on a consent, then this can be withdrawn at any time, whereby the processing ceases.
You are always welcome to contact Adjera if you have questions or want to complain about a processing of your personal data. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you have the opportunity to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
Collection of IP Address Information
In order to provide visitors with a better user experience based on their location and language preferences, we collect and process IP address information when you visit our website. This allows us to customize and optimize the content and language of our site to better suit your needs. Rest assured that this information is used solely for improving your interaction with our website and is treated with the utmost privacy and security.
